PMSI Conception

After Twenty-two years of Apartment industry experience we noticed a significant loss in commitment from contractors to us (their customers). Aaron and Sandy formed Property Maintenance Services Indy, LLC (PMSI) in 2018 to bring back that contractor and customer relationship by building partnerships that align with our Customers.

We work side by side to deliver the quality services that our Customer’s Customer has grown to expect and deserve.

Together, they have grown the business year over year by hiring employees and contractors.

The Founders

Saundra (Sandy) Kronmiller, Founder, CEO

Sandy has over 25 years of experience in IT operations management and holds several technical and management certifications. While her main background is in Program Management, she grew up in a family of Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians and held Property Management positions early in her career. Some of her certifications include, PMP, ITIL v3, Remedy Developer, Residential Mold Inspector & Remediation and is a licensed general contractor in the state of Indiana.

Aaron Kronmiller, Founder, CEO

Aaron has over 25 years of Property Management and Maintenance Supervision experience. He also grew up in a family of Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors that continue within his family today. He has built relationships within the Property Management community including CEOs, Regional, Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians. Some of his certifications are HVAC, EPA, Pest Control and is a licensed general contractor in the state of Indiana.
